You can quickly find the right parts for your machine either by using the spare part serial number or the machine serial number.
Search for the right part using the spare part serial number:
- Enter the serial number of the spare part in the search field on the main page or directly in the appropriate field in the shopping cart.
- Add the number of spare parts you need to the shopping cart in the appropriate field.
While in the shopping cart, you can save the cart for a later new order, continue adding new products, or go directly to finalize your order!
1. Shopping Cart
Add the required products to your shopping cart and open it from the icon in the top right corner. Review the selected items, quantities, delivery times, and order value. Proceed by clicking Proceed to checkout.
2. Pickup or Delivery
Choose whether you want pickup or delivery.
- Pickup: Collect from the Kerava location or another Avesco location. Select transport from Caterpillar’s central warehouse by truck (free) or air freight (€12.90 per started kg).
- Delivery: Choose a freight company and transport method (truck or air freight). Domestic freight costs are added based on weight and dimensions.
You can add special instructions (e.g. combined delivery or pickup notifications) in the Order additional information / special instructions field.
3. Summary and Payment
Review your order, add a campaign or discount code if applicable, and edit details if needed. Complete the order by clicking Place order.
You will receive an order confirmation by email, and the invoice will be sent in the usual way.
