Our training courses are open to anyone who operates machinery or wants to learn how – from beginners to experienced professionals. The world of construction machinery never stands still, and there’s always something new to learn.
We provide training on all aspects of occupational safety, operating techniques, maintenance, and servicing – directly on site.
Our focus is on practical application – you can put what you learn into practice immediately in your own operations. This is complemented by a compact and well-structured theory module.
Induction directly on the machine
Duration: 2-4 hours (half-day orientation).
Contents: daily walk-arounds, cabin and controls, display and its functions.
Price: 700 € for one instructor, 1000 € for two instructors.
Orientation in the classroom and on the machine
Duration: 5-8 hours (full day orientation).
Content: On the machine: daily walk-around, cabin and controls, display and its functions.
Price: 900 € per instructor. One instructor: 1,900 € for one training session (one instructor). 1,200 € for two instructors.
Operational training
Duration: 2-4 days depending on the scope of the training.
Content: classroom sessions (1 day): introduction/introduction, safety, maintenance/maintenance, cab/controls, pre-operational issues and operating techniques.
On the machine (1-3 days): daily walk around, cabin and controls, display and its functions, plus practical driving exercises.
Price: always on the basis of a quotation, as the training can be tailored to the customer's wishes. The price will depend on factors such as the number of operators to be trained, their previous experience on the machine in question, the extent of the training desired, etc.
A range of 1800 € to 4800 € is estimated.
Certified operator training
Duration: 3-5 days, depending on the scope of the training.
Content:
Classroom sessions (1 day): introduction/introduction, safety, maintenance/maintenance, cab/controls, pre-operational issues and operating techniques. Tests on safety and completeness.
On-the-job training (2-4 days): daily walk-arounds, cabin and controls, display and its functions, practical driving exercises and a work test to be assessed.
Price: Always on the basis of a quotation, as the training can be tailored to the customer's wishes. The price will depend on factors such as the number of operators to be trained, their previous experience on the machine in question, the extent of the training required, etc.
The price range is estimated at 2700-6000 €.
Includes an official Caterpillar training certificate when completed.
Other Expenses
Travel and accommodation expenses, daily allowances and any third-party venue rentals etc. will be invoiced separately according to the actual costs incurred. If a Caterpillar trainer attends the orientation/training, his expenses will be charged separately. The prices are indicated VAT 0 %.
