The agreement extends Avesco's collaboration with Caterpillar. In addition to Switzerland, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania, Avesco is expected to serve Finland with Caterpillar products as of 1 January 2020. There are no changes for the Swiss and Baltic divisions with this takeover.
