The way S·O·S analysis results are accessed has changed

Caterpillar is unifying its service channels, and the SOS Web website will be discontinued. SOS sample results are now available in the VisionLink fleet management system.

Caterpillar is unifying its service channels, and as a result the SOS Web website will be discontinued in the end of June 2026.

SOS sample results will be available in the VisionLink fleet management system. At the same time, the delivery method of the results is changed: the automatically emailed PDF report will be replaced by VisionLink notifications, which you can easily configure yourself.

What do you need to do?
Make sure you have VisionLink login credentials.
The credentials are the same as those used in the parts.cat.com online store.

How will I know when the results are ready?
In VisionLink, new results will be found under the Condition-menu. You can also set up alerts so that you receive a notification when the new results are available:

  • in your email and/or
  • as a push notification in the mobile app on your phone
