Mikko Aules has been appointed Sales Director, Construction Sales
Mikko Aules will begin his new role as Director of Cat and Magni Sales at Avesco Oy on 1 January 2026.
Mikko Aules has been appointed Sales Director, Construction Sales at Avesco Oy as of 1 January 2026. Sami Seppälä, who previously held the position, has decided to pursue opportunities outside the company. In his role, Aules reports to the Managing Director of Avesco Oy and is a member of the management team.
In his new role, Aules is responsible for leading and developing the sales of Cat and Magni construction equipment together with the sales team. He has been with Avesco since 2022, most recently as a Product Manager. Aules holds a degree in Vehicle Engineering.
Prior to joining Avesco, Aules worked at Renault Trucks and Volvo Trucks as a Product Manager, as well as serving as Business Unit Manager in Putzmeister dealership operations. In addition, he has strong aftermarket expertise from his earlier role as Workshop Manager at a bus repair shop.
Aules’s versatile background, expertise, and motivation provide a strong foundation for this role, which is critical to the development of Avesco’s business, as Head of Machine Sales. He sees his role as a key part of supporting customer success: “I want our sales to deliver genuine added value to our customers and support the growth of their businesses.
